In September of 2013 Bryer Michael Largent went to heaven at just 11 months old of an undiagnosed neurological disease. He spent 3/4 of his life at Nationwide Children's Hospital. In fact, he was to be a Patient Champion at Mile 21 in the 2013 Nationwide Children's Hospital Columbus Marathon, but passed away just 6 weeks before. That year, our team, Team Bryer's Song, (made up of runner and walkers alike) raised over 20k in his memory which went directly to NCH. Every year since, we form a team to participate in the marathon and fundraise. It's our way to celebrate and remember his life while supporting NCH...because when your child needs a hospital, everything matters!
This year, we are excited to try our first raffle! Our team has worked to find the raffle items and we are hopeful an online presence will give us extra reach and more participation than a physical event! We hope you'll consider supporting Nationwide Children's Hospital and in doing so honor Bryer's memory. Good luck!
