Jack Patrick Norman was born July 12th, 2010. In 2011 at 15 months old Jack was diagnosed with Testicular Rhabdomyosarcoma. Immediately following the diagnosis two tumors were removed. A small one above his testicle and a large one in his abdomen after it ruptured. He received radiation and chemotherapy, and by his second birthday he was cancer free.

This year Jack completed first grade, he loved school, he loved his dog, swimming, laughing and quoting movies but after almost 6 years of being cancer free another tumor was discovered & removed this past June 2018 and Jack was diagnosed with Relapse Rhabdomyosarcoma. After 3 tough and brave months, sweet little Jack passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 6th, 2018.

Jack’s wish was to give a child with cancer a wheelchair so that is our goal. Thank you for helping us reach Jack’s goal and being a part of this journey. We appreciate your heart!
