God's Dogs Rescue, based in the San Antonio area, rescues dogs and puppies from local shelters and from the streets. Over 2,500 dogs and puppies are rescued each year, vetted, spayed or neutered and found a forever loving home. The cost for housing, feeding, and proper medical care is overwhelming at times. ELIGIBILITY: You must be 21 years or older to purchase a raffle entry. Purchasers of raffle tickets must qualify under Texas Law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Raffle tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable; all tickets sales are final. Winner does not need to be present to win.
RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASES: God’s Dogs Rescue and its agents, Board, volunteers, partners, employees or members assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, undelivered entries. Entries received without proper payment will be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified.
DRAWING: A maximum of 5,000 tickets will be sold for this raffle. Ticket prices are one (1) ticket for Ten Dollars ($10) and Six (6) Tickets for Fifty Dollars ($50). The Grand Prize Draw Date is Sunday, December 15, 2019, at 4:00 P.M. (CST). Tickets can be purchased online until 2:00 p.m. (CST) December 14th or until tickets are sold out, whichever comes first. All purchases of tickets are non-refundable. All references to time apply to Central Standard time only.
ODDS: A maximum of 5000 tickets will be sold. The chances of winning are based upon the number of tickets actually sold.
CLAIM PRIZE: The winner of the prizes will have twenty-one (21) calendar days from the Draw Date to make arrangements for the pick-up or delivery of their prize. If not claimed and/or picked up by this date the prize will be forfeited. The winner will be solely responsible for any income taxes, if any, generated because of his/her winning this raffle.
