My name is Raichelle Carter, many of you know me as Chef Carter or Chef Ray. As the Founder and Executive Chef of 123GRUB, I humbly thank you for your time and interest in learning about our services. I have been a professional chef well over ten years, in my career I find I have an unique ability not only to lead, but connect people through food.  As I navigate through my culinary journey it is imperative for me to educate as well as provide nutritional advancements to those who are willing to receive it.

123GRUB started off another chef owned service geared towards getting better food on people’s tables, now with the help of my business partner Basil Farraj, it’s growing into something humanitarian and that’s big for us all here at 123GRUB. We offer meal prep services large and small (monthly or weekly), we cater all events, and host pop up shops throughout nyc. Our focus is food and we play no games with it.

Here is what we are raffling off!!!

123GRUB will Partner with a local French Mediterranean bistro named Rendezvous to bring you, “The Chefs Table” tasting. This will be the very first formal tasting conducted by 123GRUB, each ticket prices at $150, which includes a 4 course chef curated, 1.5hr tasting. This event will bring out VIP from all walks of life to share a night of culinary excellence. The event will take place in the heart of Harlem on Frederick Douglass Blvd and 113th street. The purpose of this event is to bring awareness to myself and my team as upcoming young Black chefs, as well as promote Rendezvous as the little gem that it is. Working closely with Chef Kfir Ben-Ari owner and sommelier of RDV to give each guest the culinary  experience of a lifetime.
