I am writing to request your support toward my participation in the Envision National Youth Leadership Forum for Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia.  I have been selected for this, invite only opportunity, based upon my exemplary academic record and my interest in the field of medicine.  NYLF Medicine represents an opportunity for hands on experience and valuable insight from health care professionals that will help my future medical studies and career.  To learn more about my upcoming experience, please visit the NYLF website athttps://www.envisionexperience.com/experience.com/explore-our-programs/national-youth-leadership-forum-medicine. 

      This amazing program does bare a cost of $3,600 before traveling expenses.  My family and I are exhausting all fundraising options available to raise the needed funds but are up against a very short deadline.  I am asking that you please consider sponsoring me with either a personal or corporate donation.  All donations are greatly appreciated and will help bring me closer to meeting the programs financial requirements.
