Swaziland has been greatly affected by HIV and AIDS. As a result of the HIV epidemic there are 180,000 AIDS orphans in Swaziland. Reading about this, I wanted to find out how I could help, and found World Challenge.
World Challenge works closely with Neighbourhood Care Points and our project will involve construction, refurbishment, teaching, painting, tree planting and conservation. The project will support the orphaned and vulnerable children and will continue long after we have gone.
I will be travelling to Swaziland in July 2019 to begin this humanitarian work with the other members of my team.
