The following terms and conditions apply to competitions, contests and raffles conducted by South Coast Campdraft Association. These terms and conditions are available from our reception at 132 Forster Drive, Bawley Point NSW or online at www.willingapark.com.au
1. DURATION The promotion will run from 16 May 2019 until 15 September 2019, 12:00PM.

Volkswagon Amarok Core TDI 400 4 x 4
Valued at $ 52,302.53
Included: On road costs and 4 months registration.
Excluded: Motor vehicle insurance
3. PRIZE (s)
All prizes are non-transferable.
4. METHOD OF ENTRY Raffle ticket will be available for purchase via (face to face) and online via rafflecollector.com
5. DATE & TIME OF DRAW
The draw will take place at Willinga Park on 15 September 2019 at 1:00PM.
6. VALIDITY
The raffle is open to all Australian residents.
7. USE OF PHOTOS etc. It is a condition of entry that South Coast Campdraft Association has the right to publicise the names of any contestants for any promotion or matter incidental to the raffle. The winner may also be required by South Coast Campdraft Association to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that South Coast Campdraft Association has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises South Coast Campdraft Association at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
8. NOTIFICATION All prize winners will be notified by telephone, mail and published on www.willingapark.com.au on 15 September 2019.
9. DECISIONS
All decisions and actions of South Coast Campdraft Association will be exercised according to their absolute discretion.
10. WINNER(s) Winners are required to collect their prize from 132 Forster Drive, Bawley Point NSW.
Winners will be responsible for any and all taxes incurred in relation to their receipt of their prize(s). Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize.
11. UNCLAIMED PRIZE(s)
In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will take place 15 December 2019 at 132 Forster Drive, Bawley Point NSW.
12. STAFF AND EMPLOYEES
Employees and their immediate families of South Coast Campdraft Association are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated retailers, sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
13. DECISIONS
In all matters, all decisions of South Coast Campdraft Association will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
14. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information supplied by entrants when entering this competition will be used by South Coast Campdraft Association to conduct the raffle and to contact entrants if they are a winner.
