The 2019 Highlands Ranch Mountain Lions 12U team are raising money to support travel in their pursuit of winning the Pop Warner Super Bowl National Championship. The tournament takes place in early December at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando, FL. The funds raised from this raffle may also support other travel required in the regular season and playoffs.
In 2018, head coach, Ken Whatmore led his team to win the Colorado state championship and competed in the Pop Warner Super Bowl National Championship at the JV level. The team finished as one of the top 8 teams in country in their division yet fell short in their pursuit of a national championship. In 2019, Ken Whatmore has attracted a lot of talent to compete for a national championship in the newly formed 12U team.
