The Howard College San Angelo (HCSA) Foundation has supported Howard College San Angelo since the early 1990's by providing scholarships and funding program creation and expansion. The HCSA Foundation helped start the RN programs and most recently the Construction Trades program.

Through this raffle, HCSA Foundation seeks to continue their mission in supporting Howard College San Angelo by creating additional scholarships for students and providing aid for new programs.

HCSA Foundation Raffle Rules
 
1.    The purchaser of the winning ticket will receive a total of two (2) Super 73-Z bikes only, as displayed at the New Student Orientation at the Howard College San Angelo campus on Thursday, July 25th, 2019.
2.    Raffle is open to anyone including Howard College students, faculty, and staff, as well as HCSA foundation members.
3.    The winner shall be the named purchaser of the winning ticket.
4.    Prizes must be picked up, in person, by the winning ticket purchaser, at the San Angelo campus of Howard College. The winner must present a valid photo ID matching the online details of the purchaser of the winning ticket.
5.    The prizes will not be shipped under any circumstances.
6.    Not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
7.    All prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of the contest end date.
8.    If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, the HCSA Foundation reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, at its sole discretion.
