Welcome to the Birmingham Delta Waterfowl's 30 Guns in 30 Days Raffle. We have 30 awesome firearms to giveaway once 800 tickets are sold.
That means this online raffle is electronically capped upon the sale of 800 tickets at $25 per ticket. The end-date of 06/30/2019 is flexible based upon the sale of the final ticket or may be extended until all 800 tickets are sold. The drawing will not be held until all 800 tickets are sold. A ticket will be drawn each day for 30 days beginning the Monday after all tickets are sold.
Complete rules: 1. Limit of 800 tickets to be sold numbering 001 to 800.
2. One ticket per each $25 donation.
3. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) won, have intention of using the firearm(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm(s) won.
4. A ticket will be drawn for each day beginning the Monday after all tickets are sold.
5. A specific gun is assigned to each day of the drawing. The winner on a particular day wins the gun assigned to that particular day. A schedule of guns and dates will be posted prior to the raffle beginning.
6. Winning tickets drawn will be re-entered in the raffle. Each ticket represents an opportunity to win thirty (30) guns.
7. In the event that fewer than 500 tickets are sold, then a proportional raffle will be held determined by the amount of tickets sold. 7b. In the case of proportional raffle, the ticker holders will have increased odds of winning a gun. 8. All firearms won are subject to availability and Delta Waterfowl Birmingham reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
9. Winners and firearm won will be posted on the Birmingham Delta Waterfowl Facebook page and the winner will be notified by email or phone.
10. Proceeds of the “30 Guns in 30 Days Raffle” benefit the general fund of Birmingham Delta Waterfowl.
11. You must be at least 19 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket.
12. Winners will be notified, using the name, address, email address and/or phone number, that the purchaser has written or requested to be on the ticket stub. In the event that Delta is unable to contact the winner it is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to contact Delta Birmingham to claim his/her prize. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN.
13. Raffle is void where prohibited.
14. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
15. All firearm transfers will be administered through Caliber 2822 Central Avenue, Homewood, AL. and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holder. Caliber will charge a $25 ffl fee.
16. In the event winners need or wish to have the firearm(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of winner and arrangements must be made directly with Caliber 2822 Central Avenue, Homewood, AL. 35209
17. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s).
18. At no time will Delta take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle; winners will receive firearms directly from Caliber 2822 Central Avenue, Homewood, AL. 35209; all applicable laws will apply.
19. Delta Birmingham limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased.
