As you may already know, there is a growing need to help veterans’ transition from Soldier to Civilian in our community.  My husband Bryan Thompson and I have a passion and vision to help Veterans and their families. Our vision is a Ranch style environment that will provide resources for Veterans to successfully transition from Soldier to Civilian. This will include Horsemanship Therapy. Horsemanship Therapy has been proven to reduce PTSD by 50% in just a 90-minute session once a week. To offer this on a full-time basis to Veterans that live on the ranch would be incredible. Just imagine if you can reduce PTSD by 50% with one 90-minute session once a week, the response you will receive with Veterans living and caring for these horses on a daily basis?  H. M.
