This full size school bus was purchased in 2016 with all the ambitions of being a family RV. After chipping away at preparing to build her dream tiny home "skoolie", the owner became disabled and is unable to get into the bus.
Currently the bus is in perfect condition for someone to build it into an RV; an AirBnB, a food truck; a business vehicle for many types of businesses; a personal mobile storage unit or mobile office. The potential is limitless and the reliability is incredible as well. This bus only needs the fluids to be maintained and it will last for a couple decades at minimum.
the original mileage is unknown. The owner has put over $12,500 in mechanical maintenance and new parts since she purchased it. All 6 tires are brand new, with less than 200 miles on them.
The bus cranks up effortlessly and runs like a dream.

brand new Air ride captains chair
all heaters removed and plumbing rerouted to return to radiator.
Every drop down window (24 total) has been removed, cleaned, prepped and resealed with clear silicone. There isn't any broken or cracked glass on this bus! That includes windows and light lenses!!
New rear lights (break, turn, and tail lights)
All 4 (2 front 2 rear) flashers have been removed.
All interior ceiling and walls and old insulation has been removed. New 1.5" rigid foam board insulation throughout.
Rooftop: Henry's Tropicool silicone barrier (2 coats)
replaced all marker lights with amber LEDs
replaced broken or missing lenses on front turn signals.
The original floor materials (rubber and wood) were completely removed down to the sheet metal. The metal subfloor was cleaned and any holes were patched with aluminum tape and silicone prior to the entire floor and shoe moulding area being painted with rustoleum. Finally a new 1.5" rigid foam board insulation was installed on floor then capped with 3/4" plywood subfloor installed.
Blue Beetle kill pine Tongue and Grove ceiling: 2 coats of water based minx on both sides of the t&g.

Original rubber floor, wooden subfloor removed to the sheet metal. Removed all bolts and imperfections; applied aluminum tape with silicone over all holes; painted entire floor and shoe moulding area with brown tinted rustoleum; new 1.5" rigid foam board insulation on floor, 3/4" plywood subfloor installed.
Interior aluminum and sheet metal walls and ceiling removed. New 1.5" rigid foam insulation throughout.
Blue Beetle kill pine Tongue and Grove ceiling: 2 coats of water based poly protectant on both sides of the t&g prior to installation. 4/5 of ceiling completed when owner became injured. More than enough T&G is left to finish and will be included in the raffle winnings.
The winner may pick up the bus the same day the winner is announced OR the raffle organizer will hire someone within 60 days of announcing a winner to drive the School bus up to 500 miles to meet the winner, at no liability to the contracted driver or the raffle organizer.
