Derrybeg Farm is a local, non-profit, community supported farm in Celbridge, Co Kildare, Ireland established in 2012.
Some of the advantages of local farms like Derrybeg Farm is that we essentially cut out the middle man (food retailers), the use of packaging (saving on waste) and long distance transportation (saving on carbon emissions) of food. In addition, we serve as an important learning and networking hub for students and knowledge seekers within the community who are seeking to learn first hand about organic, sustainable food production.
Because we are a non-profit organisation, we rely partly on fundraising to pay our farmer's wages and for the basic upkeep of the farm.
As part of our fundraising, we are currently raffling off a €25 All4One gift voucher, with a cap set at 25 tickets. Tickets only cost €5 each and you can rest assured that they are going to a worthy cause.
This raffle is capped at 25 tickets, with each ticket costing €5/ticket. The raffle will last until the last ticket is sold or at the very latest until Tuesday 10th of September.
The electronic drawing will be held approximately two business days following that last ticket sale or on 12th of September if the raffle goes until the 10th of September. Online ticket purchase and drawing to be held by "Raffle Creator". One4All.png 70.05 KB
