NOTE: When you buy your raffle ticket, you are entered into all three (3) drawings! Little Dog Rescue of North Texas, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization based in North Texas. Our mission is to act as rescue partners with North Texas animal shelters by providing veterinary care, fostering, and carefully placed adoptions of small breed dogs.
We focus our community educational efforts on responsible pet ownership and reducing overpopulation by spaying and neutering. We also provide food to help pet owners keep their dogs instead of surrendering them to a shelter.
In addition to regular foster homes, where our rescues are being prepared for their forever homes, we have specialty foster homes for dogs recovering from medical procedures such as eye surgeries and heartworm treatments, and for hospice and senior dogs.
It is common for one rescued dog to have over $1000 in medical bills, so as you can imagine, we couldn't do any of these things without the generosity of our supporters.
Sarah Zink, who is one of our devoted hospice fosters, is working on the second beautiful quilt for this raffle to raise money for our medical fund. Thank you for purchasing tickets to support our mission!

There are no bones about it, this canine-inspired creation unleashes more than a whimsical tail or two. HA! Did you see what we did there? In all seriousness, tho.... the finished quilt will measure approximately 60" x 60", and have 12 different dog blocks. The top is finished, and has been sent to a quilter to be professionally quilted and bound.
