The goal of My Place is to empower displaced and disadvantaged young men (ages 15 -18) in DCF custody to acquire the education, job skills and life skills necessary to transition to adulthood successfully. My Place will provide safety, stability and life coaching in a home setting, while ensuring access to education, job training, medical care, therapy, and community resources to ensure positive outcomes. The organization is just starting out.  The raffle will raise money to aid in planning, research and development and to raise awareness of our cause.
