Hello all and welcome to our raffle fundraiser to help middle school sports.  The sports teams at DMS are all parent funded, Soccer, Basketball, and Baseball/Softball.  Base cost for most of the sports programs are about $150 per player.  This year we were gifted an amazing way to help off-set the cost of these sports.  Allyce Sullivan of Sullivan Family Dental, and her team, have offered up a certificate valued at a maximum value $6,125.00 for a comprehensive orthodontic treatment case!  All the monies raised will go towards the sports programs and divided up equally between each program. 

There are some restrictions involved:  
1) If you are the winner, you can assign the case to another individual, so not only your own child or yourself, but also nieces, nephews, grandchildren, etc.  
2) The winner must be eligible to receive orthodontic treatment, as determined by the doctor at Sullivan Family Dental
3) Case must be started prior to December of 2020 (so you have a year!)
4) Invisalign is not included

We will be announcing the winner no later than November 12, 2019.  This raffle is not restricted to DMS parents, though it supports Dighton Middle School.  Family, friends, anyone that can benefit from this is welcome to purchase (a) ticket(s).
