The mission of Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program, is to heal the invisible wounds for Veterans, Service Members and their Families through world-class clinical care, wellness, education and research.

Veterans on the 48 is a hiking group dedicated to getting veterans out on the trails. Their mission is to promote healthy lifestyles both physically and mentally through organized group hikes in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

My team, Veterans on the 48 is planning on supporting the Run to Home Base organization by raising funds for the September 25th run to Home base. This year is especially important as 2020s event was canceled, but just because the event was canceled doesn't mean the needs went away.
