My dear friend Nala who lives on Roatan in Honduras is about to have her baby, my goddaughter, Jaia Rebecca! She needs a final ultrasound ASAP as the baby has not turned head down yet. I am going out on November 10th but could only manage half a ticket with miles and don't have any more money to help her with medical costs and things for the baby! She lives in extreme poverty and I am desperately trying to do everything I can to help her and make sure she and the baby are healthy and have what they need. All proceeds will go to medical costs for labor and delivery, pre and postpartum healthcare, and the necessities for newborn baby and mom.
