So many of our kids stay warm by sleeping in deep beds of straw and filling their bellies with the best hay we can get!!  We spend approximately $5000 on hay alone during the colder months!!! Thankfully once the grass starts growing again, our pastures support their love of eating! Just one of our five cows will eat 25lbs+ in one day!!
