Hello my name is Carmell Velae a.k.a Mell. I am a traveling hair stylist and would like to raffle off a free service to someone in my wonderful city: PITTSBURGH. I started doing my own hair when I was 13 years old, then started doing family and friends. I was ok then but now I’m good and want people to see my skills and talents. This past August of 2019, I graduated from Empire Beauty School obtaining my Cosmetology license. Now I’m independently traveling to clients providing services. My business is called MV Styles where I provide basic nail care, natural hair styling, and hair extensions. Entering this raffle you’re supporting MV Styles and have a chance to get your hair, basic mani or pedi for FREE! How it will work is you’ll pay $2 to enter your name, names will be picked at random and whoever wins will be contacted by me.  We will consult on a service (hair or nails) date, time and location. If additional hair is needed for the style it will not be included. I will only provide the tools needed and hair styling products. This raffle starts today and ends January 28th.
