On December 29, 2019, Waco realtor Shannon Gamble was showing a home to a potential buyer, Cindy, and her boyfriend, Brian, when they were viciously attacked by two, large pit bull dogs. The dogs attacked them after Shannon had raised the garage door only 2 – 3 feet. The attack was a complete shock and surprise. There were no signs or notes anywhere on the property that indicated the presence of dogs. Likewise, the seller’s agent did not notify Shannon of the presence of any dogs on the property. Fortunately for Shannon and Brian, a neighbor named Mark, came to their aid and, ultimately, helped save their lives. While the emotional toll this has taken on Shannon, Brian and Mark is unimaginable, the financial toll, due to loss of work and medical bills, is also significant.
Please keep Shannon, Brian and Mark in your prayers and help them by making a monetary donation or donating a service or item for raffle, silent auction or live auction at the benefit on Sunday, March 1, 12:00-6:00 at The Backyard Bar and Grill in Waco, Texas.
