Your participation in this raffle will support SonRise Outdoors, a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Christian Mission that helps and mentors kids from 12 to 15 years old.  Our purpose is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through youth Hunts, Fishing Trips and other Outdoor Events.  SonRise Outdoors was founded in 2008 by God's calling and is going into our 13th season.  There is NO COST to the kids to participate.  We provide qualifying kids with an outdoor experience of their lifetime.

If you are a hunter or fisherman, you know first hand how expensive these sports are.  If you have a child that you taught how to hunt or fish, you have realized you have to buy two of everything.  Now imagine taking hundreds of kids hunting and fishing.  This is the reality of why we desperately need your support.  We also want everyone to know that purpose of SonRise Outdoors is not about hunting and fishing.  We are about mentoring these kids and telling them about our Savior, Jesus Christ, who is the only one who can truly help them.

On our youth hunts,  all the kids receive hunting clothes, a Bible, and other outdoor gear.  Our weekend hunts work similar to professional hunting outfitters.  Each child has their own personal hunting guide to pursue the hunt of a lifetime.  They go thru a hunting safety lesson, air pellet rifle instruction, and practice.  We also have an archery program and other outdoor activities.  Our youth hunting facility is just for the kids and not a part of a hunting club.

Our fishing trips are held on Weiss Lake in Northeast Alabama.  The kids catch lots of catfish along with other activities, such as kayaking, swimming, and games.  For all events, we provide meals and snacks for the kids. 

The DRAWING will be held on Saturday, November 14th during our first youth hunt of 2020.  The winner has their CHOICE of a NEW Browning !!  We will broadcast the drawing live during this youth hunt at high noon from our youth hunting facilities, provided we have sufficient cell service.  If not, we will post a video on our FaceBook page shortly after.
