The McHenry Kiwanis Duck Derby is a unique fundraising event! Each duck supports the efforts of McHenry Kiwanis in serving youth in the McHenry area

Adopt a duck (or 10) and watch them float down Boone Creek between Green Street and the Cunat Bridge along the Downtown Riverwalk. 

Winners do not have to be present to win. 

The Prize

  • Cash Prizes

    Based on the total number of ducks adopted, 1st - 3rd place cash prices will be awarded. 

    • 1st Place = 25% of total
    • 2nd Place = 15% of total
    • 3rd Place = 10% of total
