The Crested Butte Mountain Heritage Museum hosts the Black and White Ball annually to celebrate Crested Butte's history and bring the community together.  It is a celebration for our members and also an opportunity to fundraise resources so that the museum will be able to continue to collect, preserve, and share artifacts, stories, and photos from the Gunnison Valley for years to come.

This year, we are using the time that we would normally hold the Black and White Ball to host a virtual celebration of our past year's accomplishments on Sunday, June 28th, and to kick off the online raffle.

Ticket sales will end at 6:00pm on Friday, July 31st.  The raffle drawing will be conducted at 7:00pm on Friday, July 31st at the Crested Butte Museum located at 313 Elk Avenue in Crested Butte, CO.  A single raffle ticket costs $5.00 with an additional processing fee of $0.50 ($5.50 total), or a 6-ticket packet for $25 with an additional processing fee of $1.00 ($26.00 total).  All online purchased tickets will be entered into the drawing and there will be no duplicate tickets or hard tickets sold.  A purchase confirmation and your individual ticket numbers will be emailed to you within 1 hour of the purchase.  Winners do NOT need to be present to win.  

All prizes will be emailed or a pick-up time will be arranged.  Winners will need an ID or a ticket number to redeem their prize.  Winners will be announced in the following ways:  outside of the building during drawing, broadcasted on Facebook Live (a link will be emailed to all participants 15 minutes before the drawing), on our website at www.crestedbuttemuseum.com, on the Crested Butte Museum Facebook page, and winners will be contacted directly with the contact information provided.  If winners do not claim their prize or arrange a pick-up time within two (2) weeks of the event, the prize will go to a runner-up winner designated at the time of the drawing.
