On Sunday, September 8th, 2019 the world lost the most caring, hardworking and friendliest person! Brandon loved to work, be with friends and family, had a great sense of humor but most of all loved being a new dad to his 2 week old daughter, Morgan and husband to Nicole! There have been a few small fundraisers for Nicole and Morgan, which have kept Nicole from having to wonder how she was going to pay for diapers and formula, and make the mortgage payments as she’s been on maternity leave. These have been helpful over the past few months, but we are organizing a bigger fundraiser to be held at Lucy's Hideaway in Milton, WI on June 28th, 2020. We originally chose March 21st because it is just before what would have been Brandon’s 31st birthday and thought this would be a great way to honor Brandon while getting Nicole and Morgan the help they need to stay in their home. Unfortunately we had to postpone it to June 28th with everything that was going on with the state shut down. 100% of the proceeds will be going to Nicole and Morgan!
The benefit starts at 10:00a.m. and there will be 50/50 raffles, meat raffles, basket raffles, silent auctions. Bob Johnson from Badger State Auction will be doing a live auction starting at 2p.m.
We are happy to announce that we were able to find a way for anyone who may be weary on coming or simply is not able to make it to still participate in the basket raffles if they desire to. The way this will work is the online raffles will be available until 12pm (noon) central time on Saturday, June, 27th. At this time all of the tickets will be printed and added to the corresponding buckets on Sunday, June 28th. We will then draw the winners that day around 2pm and contact anyone that won.
The baskets listed are all that are in our possession currently. If any come in later they will only be at the event and not on the website.
We hope you have fun while browsing through all of the amazing baskets we have had donated and find something you like.
Unfortunately we will not be able to ship the baskets. If you win we ask that you please pick up from Lucy’s by 7pm on June 28th. It will be drive up pick up. If you are not able to pick up by then we can arrange a pick up time and location for the following week upon notification of winning. Delivery of the baskets can be done as a last resort but unfortunately nothing outside of Rock County.
