The power of surfing goes further than just your local break. It goes all over your local area. In the pandemic of 2020, the 757 was hit hard; many businesses were forced to close, families took on schooling, and late bills. It impacted most of us. That being said, everyone can still play a part in helping our community out, Make And Ride Surf Exchange and Seth’s Surf Shack have teamed up to do a collaborative shaping of a wooden surfboard. The money raised in this raffle will be given to the local food banks to help out those families who need a little more help. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you not only are entered to win a beautiful board but you’re helping put food on the tables of our local 757 families. Aloha.

Surfing originated from wooden boards, the Uma’s, Paipo’s, Alaia’s, Kiko’o’s and Olo’s. This type of board popped up in the late 1930’s, it brought finless surfing into the light again! Finless is fast and fun! Stayed tuned for more progress pictures!
