Friends of the beading world we are reaching out and requesting your support for what we believe to be a great cause. We are having a raffle to help raise funds for two great people from our beading community that have been dealt a difficult hand.

Ricky Atherton, from Dakota Stones, and Shanna Judge-Atherton, from GoodyBeads.com, had their first child together a couple weeks ago. Arthur Atherton! During what should be an exciting and cherished time in a couple’s lives Shanna was diagnosed with breast cancer. Shanna has already begun treatment and is kicking the cancer's ass. She will resume chemo treatments in a few weeks now that baby Arthur is here. With all this going on in their lives, we want to help them out by raising some money to relieve some financial stress. That way they can focus on what really matters...

We got together with our friends to raffle some great prizes and raise money for a family that we all love!

Luckily, we have some really great friends in the beading world who generously gave lots of goodies to help raise money! We got very generous donations from Dakota Stones, GoodyBeads, Swarovski, Jesse James Beads, Soft Flex, Leather Cord USA, Vintaj, TierraCast, Candie Cooper, Maggie T, Lotus Beads and Jewelry, Taylors Falls Bead Store, Laura Andrews and more!

The retail value is well over $7,000 from everything that was donated and we will be raffling off three prize packs with a mix of everything! Buy as many raffle tickets as you would like for a chance to win one of the three prizes and support this family.
