The Ernie Hall Aviation Museum is a 501 c3 non-profit organization. Proceeds from this raffle of the VARGA 2180 will be used to promote aviation awareness and scholarships to the youth of the Mahoning Valley plus support Museum operations.

Terms and Conditions:
You must be 18 years of age to enter. No more than 4000 tickets will be sold. If 3500 tickets have not been sold by 10/8/25, the museum reserves the right to extend ticket sales until 3500 tickets are sold. Otherwise drawing will be held October 22, 2025 at 6PM at the Museum.
It is each person's responsibility to ensure it is legal in the purchaser's State to participate in this raffle.
Each ticket will have a discreet number. That number will be emailed to the address provided by the purchaser.
Aircraft will have current annual inspection.
The prize is expressly conditioned on compliance with all applicable laws, including payment by the winner of Federal Income taxes based on value of airplane and executing a liability waiver with the museum. The value of the airplane is $80,000. There is no cash option. All additional tax consequences of accepting the airplane are sole responsibility of the winner.
The airplane will be transferred to the winner at Griffin-Sloas airfield in Howland Township, Warren, Ohio following winners' acceptance of the airplane. The airplane is to be picked up within 60 days of the drawing. Upon delivery of the prize, responsibility for any risk or loss associated with the airplane as any insurance, is the sole responsibility of the winner.
These official raffle terms and conditions are subject to interpretation of the Ernie Hall Aviation Museum Directors. This raffle is not valid outside of the USA and otherwise VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The raffle is open to the general public; however, Ernie Hall Aviation Museum Board Members and their immediate families are excluded from participation.
