“Dustin recently went to the ER, as he was experiencing a dropping eye and blurred vision, 1 week later and several scans he was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal and brain cancer, never did he imagine leaving the hospital with such a devastating prognosis. Dustin is also a self-employed tile installer, so he does not have PTO or long term disability from an employer. We are asking for donations to help with monthly expenses. Dylan needs to be able to spend quality time with Dustin and family, and not worry about monthly expenses.
Dylan and Dustin would like to spend as much time out on the water catching fish and enjoying quality time making as many memories as possible.
