Oliver Scholars is a 35 year old nonprofit dedicated to helping underserved, high-potential Black and Latinx students gain admissions to rigorous independent schools and competitive colleges and universities. Our students are nominated by teachers, school administrators, parents, community-based organizations, and others. Once accepted, students participate in a comprehensive 14-month Scholar Immersion Program aimed at helping them make the transition from middle school to high school successfully. Oliver Scholars provides broad academic, social-emotional, and college and career support to students from high school through to college graduation.
