We are excited to announce the second annual Windy City Baseball Holiday Wine Raffle. The raffle is a great way for all of us to have some fun as we close out 2021. Below is a description of how the raffle will work. The raffle is not only a fundraiser for Windy City (proceeds will support new technology for the program), but a great way for everyone to win great prizes. For the raffle to work, we would like participation from everyone at all levels of the organization - 8U to 18U families and coaches.
While it is not a requirement to participate, if everyone participates it will be more fun and the prizes will be amazing!
HOW THE RAFFLE WORKS
Each ticket is priced at $10. Prizes will include a GRAND PRIZE of $1,000, gift baskets of wine ( 40-50 bottles of wine per basket!!!) as well as some special prizes which we will announce. On December 20, raffle tickets will be drawn and prizes dispersed.
Additionally, players that sell the most tickets will be win special prizes. Players in the top 4 spots will receive prizes. Please remember to include the full name of the Windy City player/family that sold your tickets.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Raffle
Raffle tickets will cost $10 a ticket or less if bulk are purchased, and sales will be virtual
Final raffle prizes will be announced December 10
Raffle sales will begin November 3
The last day to purchase raffle tickets will be December 19.
Special prizes will be given to the Top 4 ticket sellers
The virtual raffle drawing will be December 20 (via Facebook Live, time TBD)
