WC Logo.png178.38 KBWe are excited to announce the Fourth annual Windy City Holiday Raffle. The raffle is a way for all of us to have some fun as we close out 2023. Below is a description of how the raffle will work. The raffle is not only a fundraiser but a great way for everyone to win great prizes. For the raffle to work, we would like participation from everyone at all levels of the organization - 8U to 18U families and coaches.
HOW THE RAFFLE WORKS
Each ticket is priced at $10. Prizes will include a GRAND PRIZE of $2,500, cash prizes, and gift baskets as well as some special. On December 23, raffle tickets will be drawn and prizes dispersed.
Additionally, players that sell the most tickets will be win special prizes. Supporting your player will help them win prizes.
**Please remember to include the full name of the Windy City player/family that sold your tickets.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Raffle
Raffle tickets will cost $10 a ticket or less if bulk are purchased, and sales will be virtual
Final raffle prizes will be announced December 11
Raffle sales will begin October 16
The last day to purchase raffle tickets will be December 22.
Special prizes will be given to the Top 10 Windy City ticket sellers
The virtual raffle drawing will be December 23 (via Facebook Live, time TBD)
Other Donations - If your business would like to donate a prize for the raffle, please contact us at i[email protected]. Donations of any kind are welcome and appreciated. All donations must be received by December 10.
