The Mt. Bachelor National Ski Patrol (MBNSP) is a volunteer, non-profit organization whose members have been serving the skiing and outdoor recreation public at Mt. Bachelor since 1958.  Each year, our leadership team is responsible for the extensive training for new recruits and re-certification process for existing Patrollers.

Training and training apparatus makes up over 70% of the $13,000 annual Patrol operating budget.  With 10-15 new recruits each year, the MBNSP training committee spends an average of 220 hours training each new member to ensure their skills meet or exceed NSP National and Mt. Bachelor Pro Patrol standards.   Training includes 3 months of medical and trauma knowledge and interventions, safe toboggan practices, mountain knowledge and incident response.

MBNSP will sell on-line raffle tickets from November 10th, 2020 through the last operating day of the 2020/21 ski season.  The winner will be drawn and announced the following day at 6pm.
