As many of you know, my beautiful sister-in-law, Sheri Lamb was diagnosed with esophageal cancer on September 11, 2019. After a life-altering surgery, chemo and radiation, Sheri was deemed cancer free. Unfortunately the cancer has returned and is spreading very quickly. Sheri is a fighter though and has an amazing faith. She is fighting it again and we are behind her in prayer and support.
Sheri and my brother, Shawn are divorced but have 2 amazing kids (Caleb & Riley) that live with their mom in Florida. As you can imagine, this illness has taken a financial toll on their family. Sheri is a teacher but is currently unable to work. Because of this, I wanted to come up with a fun way to raise money for them that would also be a blessing to those who participated. With the help of my friend Molly of Due West Chiropractic fame, we have organized a #selfcare Raffle contest!
We have put together 6 baskets that all center around self-care, which we could all do a little more of. I have to thank the very GENEROUS people and business that have donated time and services to help someone that they've never even met. Kindness and compassion are alive and well around here!!
