On Saturday May 1st, 2021 around 2 AM , an off duty police officer chose to drink and drive outside Albuquerque ,New Mexico. The officer would travel the wrong direction down I-25 speeding towards on coming cars without his headlights on. Alfredo and his nephews Diego and Fernando were all traveling to visit family in Mexico when they would unfortunately be struck by this police officer at high speeds, resulting in him taking to life of Alfredo and Diego, leaving Fernando to fight for his life. Now is the time we must come together for the friends and the family of these amazing people who’s time was sadly cut short at the hands of another person, the family needs help to transport them home to Denver, and provide them with deserving funerals.
