The coronavirus impacted our 11th Annual March for Marrow last year when just three weeks before it was scheduled for March 28, 2020 in The Woodlands, we had o go totally virtual! The one thing that we were able to carry out was our raffle.  Therefore, in honor of the 2020 Raffle that would not give up, we decided to do it again.
 
We have decided to focus on Texas Brands and will be adding more items as we go. If you have a recommendation for something especially TEXAN and specifically fun, quirky, or useful(?) – and can donate it – please let us know at [email protected]. We really want to celebrate our home state with everything we do.
 
Join us online for two virtual events in March with a Global Kick-Off for March for Marrow during the week dedicated to bone marrow failure disease, March 1-7, 2021. Following that we have scheduled our March Across Texas for March 27-April 3, 2021, which we are taking statewide from Houston to San Antonio, and from Austin to Dallas to Wichita Falls! 
 
Our virtual platform will allow us to feature our 2021 Star, Nicholas Smith; medical professionals; sponsors; school bands and cheerleaders; and runners, cyclists,walkers and fundraising teams supporting our efforts to educate the public about rare bone marrow failure diseases, their signs and symptoms; fund patient support and research for better treatments and a CURE; and identify the resources for bone marrow failure patients available in Texas.
 
Register to run or walk with us at www.marchformarrow.org, form a team, set a goal, and together, besides buying some raffle tickets here, raise some funds for better treatments for bone marrow failure disease patients and research for a cure!!!
