The Fallen Outdoors mission is to organize outdoor adventures for veterans past and present, from every generation and from all branches of the military. Our aim is to connect Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, and Marines with like-minded individuals along with teaching them a skill and passion they can continue for a lifetime.

The Fallen Outdoors began in 2009 at a remote outpost in Afghanistan with three soldiers; SSG John Bates, Spc Eric Finniginamm and Spc Eric Bakken. Year after year The Fallen Outdoors (TFO) grew and expanded, they put in every extra second they had while on active duty. Today the TFO serves thousands of veterans a year across this great nation. What started off as a simple idea to help veterans get outdoors has transformed into a lifestyle that the TFO nation lives and breathes every day

The Prize

  • Lungile Safari Hunt

    TWO Animals for TWO Hunters!

    First Hunter: 1x Blue Wildebeest & 1x Impala
    Second Hunter: 1x Black Wildebeest & 1x Blesbuck

    There will be FIVE full days of hunting!

    What is included:
    • Trophy fees for animals quoted in package - taken, wounded or lost
    • Daily rates for the number of days specified, inclusive of: 
    • Road transportation on and to hunting areas from camp, meals, accommodations, water, juices and soft drinks
    • Services of a professional hunter, trackers and skinners and use of the hunting vehicle
    • Field preparation and delivery of trophies to the designated shipping agent or local taxidermist
    What is NOT included:
    • Any animal species not specified in the agreed package
    • All air transports
    • Alcoholic beverages. Clients are welcome to buy their own alcohol or open a tab and settle the account themselves at the end of the safari. 
    • Transfer fee to and from Johannesburg airport. $250 or the first two clients. Thereafter $100 per person
    • Air freight, packing, dipping, documentation and shipping fees for trophies
    • Gratuities, personal expenses and phone calls. 
    • Day trips, excursion and entrance fees
    • Accomodatios and transportation beyond contracted safari period. 
    • Any costs associated with recovery of lost baggage
    • Rifle rent and ammunition. Rifle $30 per day and box of ammunition $40. 
    Animals included in a package cannot be exchanged for other animals.
