The winner will also be announced on the official Gourmet Ministries Facebook page.
Only redeemable for available dates on GM calendar. Holidays are excluded. Only redeemable in Mississippi. Memphis, TN is the only exceptional location.
The winner will have until 12/31/2023 to redeem the prize or it will be forfeited. We do not travel during winter months of January and February. The winner must book their date at least 2 months ahead.
Gourmet Ministries will pay the following expenses: food purchase, travel, accommodations, and supplies.
The Brunch Experience is for up to 10 guest. We will not provide additional food for additional guest.
If the winner is outside of the Oxford or Blackhawk surrounding areas, they must provide the location/venue with a fully equipped kitchen in order to redeem the Brunch Experience. A fully equipped kitchen consists of a full stove, full oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Only redeemable on weekends. Failure to provide the above will result into forfeiture of this prize.
The location, menu, number of guests, and time of event must be confirmed with the Gourmet Ministries team 14 days before the selected event date.
Gourmet Ministries has the right to cancel or terminate the Brunch Experience if the winner and/or guests exemplify any form of misconduct towards our team. Gourmet Ministries may reschedule and notify the winner of rescheduling due to emergencies, COVID-19, or unforeseen circumstances. The winner cannot reschedule or cancel within 7 days of the confirmed date of event or prize will be forfeited.
