We are raising money to build dementia gardens at Prairie Life Elder Care Center in Kansas. Dementia Gardens have been proven to bring more brightness and light into the resident's lives, the sunlight is known to increase their bone density and improves sleep and mood, lowers agitation and improves behavior, distraction from stress and other fixations, improves social skills, gives a purpose, increases physical health and activity, increases attention span, and so much more.
Our goal is to build a beautiful butterfly garden at Prairie Life Elder Care that the residents can take care of for years. We also hope to donate to the center and hopefully carry on the legacy and build gardens at other residences near us.
Thank you so much for your donation.
