Thank you for supporting the Native Village of Eyak's 27th annual Sobriety Celebration & Potlatch. This two-day event includes a traditional potlatch as well as traditional singing, dancing, drumming and artisans from many Native communities throughout the region. The idea for the Sobriety Celebration was based on tapping into traditional methods of healing. This year's theme of “Mending Cultural Connections” is about bringing together our Native communities to mend the rift caused by covid, healing and taking control of who we are while celebrating our cultural traditions and artistry.
