First City Rotary is making waves again with the Annual 4th of July Duck Race. On July 4th thousands of rubber duckies will make their way down the creek to the finish line at the Stedman Street bridge, and to benefit all of the great projects that Rotary does all over Ketchikan, like Music Moves at Rotary Beach, a playground for WISH, scholarships for youth, and much more. THIS YEAR'S BIG PROJECT IS A CHILDRENS' SENSORY GARDEN AT THE KETCHIKAN PUBLIC LIBRARY
