Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church of North Hempstead (“AMC”) reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without notice, to substitute an equivalent prize for any prize listed on this raffle ticket. Decision of AMC as to what constitutes an equivalent substitute prize is final. AMC reserves the right to draw the raffle on a date later than date posted on ticket but no later than December 31, 2022. AMC reserves the rights to cancel drawings and the only responsibility is to offer to return the cost of the raffle to the purchaser. Winner need not be present at the drawing date to win. The purchaser of the winning raffle, in person, must claim prizes at AMC’s offices by December 31, 2022, or such winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize, and it shall revert back to AMC. AMC and/or the Parish Council of AMC make no warranties, express or implied, by statute or common law as to the nature, character or condition of any of the prizes offered herein, and make no warranty, express or implied as to whether any product offered as a prize meets with applicable federal, state or local statutes, laws, rules, ordinances or codes. Winners responsible for any and all applicable taxes, title, dealer fees or bank fees, delivery and destination charges. By purchasing this raffle you agree and consent to all of the terms and conditions stated herein. Auto lease value is calculated with Tier 1 credit rating on base models. With a minimum of 7,500 miles annually. Sales Tax, Dealer Fees, and Delivery Charges are for the account of the winner if vehicle is selected. All autos herein are represented to be base models only. Other conditions may cause additional costs for the winner. Purchaser allows AMC to use for its purposes their contact information.
