Our family is working hard to raise enough money to purchase a purebred Moyen poodle puppy to register for the Diamond Dogs of Arizona Hearing certified service dog training program to assist in alerting our deaf toddler. She is scheduled to undergo a unilateral cochlear implant surgery with unknown deductible and out of pocket costs. Insurance should hopefully cover most however we are still behind on other medical costs such as the cost of her hearing aids, Emergency room visits, deductibles for her pediatrician, specialists that she has to see such as genetics, neuro, GI  and so much more.
