The winner will receive the prize through an FFL Dealer. The winner will be responsible for paying the FFL fee. Any winner not eligible to receive a firearm will forfeit their prize, and another winner will be drawn. Prize not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.

Ticket Purchaser certifies that the monies used to pay for tickets are from personal monies and not any business account. No single person may purchase more than $6400.00 of tickets per year.
