In the unlikely event that an error or problem in the administration of the Raffle results in two (2) or more Raffle ticket purchasers holding winning Raffle tickets that contained identical ticket numbers, then the person who has record of the earliest ticket purchase shall be deemed to hold the winning Raffle ticket.
AWARD OF PRIZE TO OFFICIAL WINNER: A Prize will be awarded to the Potential Winner who has been designated by Sponsor as an Official Winner.
