About Chuck:
Chuck has had to fight for his life from the moment he was born BLUE! TODAY he needs your help to save his life which means having a second HEART TRANSPLANT in 8 years! Having to go through this again would be hard on anyone! For Chuck his WHOLE LIFE has been a fight! From being born with one of the DEADLIEST heart defects to Transplant and now through no fault, Chuck is having to face life and death once again because 3% of heart transplant patients get a deadly disease called Transplant Coronary Artery Disease! The only hope for his life is Re-Transplantation.
To do so Chuck MUST relocate to Cedars-Sinai Los Angeles within the month. He will be leaving his family, friends and support while this process happens once again!
Mounting financial strain is a stress factor he doesn’t need while dealing with a heart that has all but given up! The HEART has given up, BUT NOT CHUCK ESTRADA! He’s willing to fight and needs the help to help WIN THIS FIGHT! The hope is for Chuck’s Life to LITERALLY BE SAVED!

Chuck is one of Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle Salesmen. He will be off of work up to 6 months and this will help the financial burden he will incur. We want to support him during this time. He is such a positive and genuine person and we are very grateful for him. We got your back Chuck!
