Hola wonderful, caring community of East Cape - and to those we can reach far and wide.  We have a serious medical situation and ask for your help to raise funds for our local friend here in Los Barrlies, Maria.
 
Meet Maria - she desperately needs our help.  Maria was diagnosed with Lupus several years ago and the disease has now become so aggressive, it’s eroding her body and some specific organs and her multiple weekly visits to the doctor have now progressed in to urgency for a life altering bladder surgery.  Maria's surgery is scheduled for July 2022 at H+ Hospital in San Jose Del Cabo.  We hope the surgery can happen sooner than later, but we first need to raise funds to cover the costs of surgeon, hospital and support staff and aftercare expenses. 
 
Maria has three daughters under the age of 12 and this little family of ladies want nothing more than to be able to spend as much time together, living out a normal, healthy life with their mom. Because the Mexican government’s healthcare system is not like that of the USA or Canada, she has been left with no available options.  She cannot afford the surgery and aftercare that will be required.

You can invite up to 2 more people on the boat. Includes boat fee, fishing licenses, bait, chef prepared meals and snacks, tequila, beer, soda, water. Expires Sept 30, 2022. Total value $615. Your name will go into a raffle drawing, where the winner will be selected by an automated drawing on this site, THURSDAY, June 30, 2022 at 7pm MST/6pmPST.  The winner’s name will be posted on the Facebook page of this original raffle post.
