As a chapter of the PGA-supported national organization First Tee, First Tee - Greater Topeka provides an evidence based curriculum that teaches life and character skills to all youth in the Topeka, Shawnee County and Jackson County communities. At First Tee, we guide kids and teens to show up stronger in everything they set out to do. Using the platform of golf to provide innovative learning opportunities for young people in the community, charter education and long-term life skills are at the heart of all programming. Our "more than a game" philosophy and statistically-proven curriculum help kids discover what's inside of them, guide them to strengthen it, and mentor them to put it into action in everything they do. Kids who participate make better grades in school, build self-confidence, and receive opportunities for scholarships and inclusion in nationally-sponsored activities. Participation is available for all kids, regardless their ability to pay. Help support our non-profit organization, as each and every one of us plays a role in guiding children to write their personal growth story. All funds raised through this raffle are locally administered through First Tee - Greater Topeka.
The Grand Price Drawing will take place upon the sale of 6,000 raffle tickets or on July 29, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., whichever occurs sooner. First Tee - Greater Topeka will announce the winner at an event yet to be organized. Further details of the event will be disclosed in the near future.
