Welcome to another year of the guitar world’s favorite holiday tradition, The Annual Shred Santa Guitar Raffle!  I’ve gotta be honest, it almost didn’t happen this year.  After losing my good friend and cohost Brent Hinds in a tragic accident this summer, I really wasn’t feeling too festive or excited about having a drawing, and didn’t have plans or capacity to make a prize guitar.  Several folks persuaded me to do something however and the guitar gods smiled down upon me as this years prize quickly came to life.  We’re keeping it simple this year and giving away one grand prize, but it’s one worth getting excited about!

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS?
If this is your first time participating, then you should probably know the reason behind this contest.  One of the most frequent things I hear from fans and followers is how they want one of my custom builds more than any other piece of gear on the market, but the price tag is just too steep for their wallet.  I sympathize with this plight, I was once a struggling player who saved all my strings that weren't yet rusted for backups, and my inability to afford a killer guitar is the primary reason I started building them in the first place.  So, I decided that once a year, I was going to give all of those folks a chance to have a Banker of their own by raffling off one  of my builds. 

HOW IT WORKS
Upon purchasing a ticket, an entry number will be assigned to your name by Raffle Creator.  We then upload all of the entrants to a spreadsheet, sort them randomly, and assign each entry an additional number that is then placed in a tumbler, spun around, and pulled by hand just like they did at your grandmothers Bingo hall.  The drawing will be held December 20th at 7PM EST  live on Instagram, where you can tune in to see the lucky winner chosen.  If you cannot tune in live do not fret, winner will be notified via email the next day.  In other words, you do not need to be present in order to win.  

*INTERNATIONAL CONTESTANTS:  This contest is open to anyone worldwide, however it has  been noted in the past that a handful of international entrants experienced difficulty processing entry fees through Raffle Creator.  Unfortunately if you experience this issue, there is nothing I can do on my end to assist as all payment processing is handled by them.  We cannot ship to any country that is subject to any type of embargo or trade restriction by the United States of America.

*DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  Shipping charges for winners in the continental US will be covered by Banker.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping charges and associated taxes/duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.  If you live outside of the continental US and are a prize winner, I will collect your shipping information and provide a shipping quote for you.
