VIVA Global is fundraising money for bikes for kids in Colombia. VIVA LATAM partners with Fundacion Paceros to give away bikes to kids.
"Fundación Parceros" is a small Social/Sports organization that encourages amateur athletes to contribute to the community and exercise at the same time. A few of their initiatives are:
Organizing different routes that are attractive and challenging for the athletes and the money they charge in the inscription of the event is mostly destined to buy scholar kits or uniforms and give them to kids with no access to proper education.
They also create regular raffles to raise money and support poor families that live outside of the main cities and even indigenous communities.
For Christmas, there is a special event they organize to raise money and buy bike parts so then they can give away bikes to the kids and teach them how a bike works and how to change tires (etc).
